Todd Stewart – President
Over the past 25 years, Todd has been a leader in business and software development in Southern California. Working with numerous startups and Fortune 500 companies, his hands-on approach makes him well known in the industry. With an extensive background as a software engineer and product manager, Todd started TechHive to meet the technical needs of local companies. His knowledge of full-product lifecycle development gives Todd the ability design, create, and lead new software solutions. Todd’s work with local development and offshore resources allows him the ability to meet deadlines and keep within the client’s budget.
Todd graduated from UCSD with a B.S. in Computer Engineering. He has a proven track record of combining a broad array of technical business backgrounds to build teams that utilize the latest technology. His non-technical related experience includes managing direct sales, channel sales and hands-on sales with technology products, professional services and consulting. His industry knowledge includes wireless, automotive, financial services, banking, insurance, technology, non-profit, manufacturing and services.
Donna Stewart – Director of Operations
Donna graduated from USC with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. With over 20 years in the IT industry, Donna has been successful in providing clients with product marketing, advertising, sales support and printed collateral. Her creativity and business analysis background has been an integral part of TechHive’s success. She has industry experience with banking, retail, restaurant, manufacturing, and non-profits. Donna’s expertise is with target marketing and client retention.
Lee Matsuyama – Director of Business Development
Lee has been with working in the IT Industry for the past 30 years. With experience owning his own recruiting agency in Denver, Colorado, Lee has provided TechHive the expertise to grow rapidly. He has worked in almost every industry and enjoys building relationships with clients. His ability to understand the clients’ technical needs and uncover the best staffing solutions is what gives Lee a major presence in the industry.
Lee graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He worked many years in sales for IBM and won several 100% Club, Golden Circle and Regional Managers Awards.
Junior Trujillo – Director of Recruiting
Junior Trujillo is a San Diego native who attended San Diego State University. He’s worked in the staffing and recruiting industry specifically in the Information Technology space for the past 18 years.
Junior is currently the Director of Recruiting for TechHive, a company that was founded in 2005. The company has now grown to serve most of Southern California, Nevada, Massachusetts, Virginia, Texas, as well as Silicon Valley. With business development managers and recruiters that have technical backgrounds, working with high-tech clients and understanding their technical needs is our specialty.
His primary focus is recruiting Information Technology professionals which includes; C-Level Executives in Software Engineering, Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Software Engineers, Programmers, Database Developers, Database Administrators as well as Network System Engineers.
His ability to thoroughly understand a candidate’s short term and long term career objectives has set him apart from others in his effort to build successful and lasting relationships with his clients.

Maneesh is a Seasoned IT Staffing and Recruitment professional with high integrity and commitment with over 20 years of wide-ranging experience in effectively managing complete business processes including Talent Acquisition, Full life cycle Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Account management and Training in IT Solutions and Consulting services.
Lisa Bostjanick – Senior Account Executive
Lisa is a Bay Area native with over 15 years of experience working within the staffing, and tech industry recruiting and managing clients.
She earned a degree from UCSB in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting and spent her first 7 years working in staffing and recruitment for Robert Half, Aerotek, and TEKsystems. Following, Lisa, worked for the next 11 years for tech giants such as LinkedIn, and Adobe in Account Management and Customer Success. Since then, she was looking to go back to her roots and pivot back into staffing and recruitment and is now a Business Development Consultant with TechHive. Lisa has recruited and built relationships with many different levels and industries including the C-Executive level within Fortune 100 and 500 companies. She has a strong ability and passion to build and maintain relationships with people and organizations to help strategically advise on their hiring and business initiatives.
